The Say Cheese Project

SAY CHEESE ! is a photo project by photographers Eelkje Colmjon and Elsbeth Pilz.

14 million tourists visit Holland every year. They stroll around Amsterdam, enjoy excursions to the village of Volendam, the flower gardens in the Keukenhof and the windmills at the Zaanse Schans. We visit these tourist places and portray colorful couples at photogenic spots. And we ask them to complete this sentence:
“Holland is…”

The conclusion: Holland is a fairy-tale!

We hope to publish a photo book this year.
